- To request a return merchandise authorization (RMA) within 30 days of purchase, please contact us by email at contact@ustellar.com. A return shipping label will be emailed to you; we do not mail physical labels.
- RMAs are approved for manufacturing defects, dissatisfaction, and misshipments.
- Returned merchandise must be in its original packaging and condition, including all materials, manuals, and instructions. A 15% restocking fee will apply to products missing materials or no longer in original condition.
- Please allow 7 business days for a refund to appear on your credit card statement.
- We do not refund shipping costs.
- Our 30-day exchange policy allows exchanges only if the value of the returned item(s) matches the value of the new item(s).
